Welcome to INKR! By using our platform, you agree to these terms. We've kept them artist-friendly and straightforward. This is a community built on trust, respect, and creative freedom.

For Artists

Portfolio Ownership

You retain full ownership of all artwork in your portfolio. By uploading to INKR, you grant us permission to display your work to help you find clients. You can remove your work anytime.

Booking Commitments

When you accept a booking, you commit to completing the work as agreed. Set realistic timelines and communicate openly if challenges arise. Your reputation matters.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel after accepting a booking, provide as much notice as possible. Repeated cancellations may affect your platform standing. Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel before beginning work.

Payment Terms

INKR processes payments and takes a 10% platform fee. Payments are released after work completion and client approval. Disputes are handled fairly through our resolution process.

Professional Conduct

Treat clients with respect, even when disagreements happen. Communicate clearly about availability, pricing, and design limitations. Harassment or discrimination will result in immediate removal.

For Clients

Deposit Policy

Deposits secure your booking and are non-refundable once the artist begins work. This protects artists' time and creative effort.

Respect Artist's Creative Input

Artists are professionals. While you can request changes, trust their expertise on design, placement, and technical execution. Excessive revision requests may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Rights

You can cancel before work begins for a full refund minus processing fees. Once work starts, deposits are non-refundable. Communicate early if you need to reschedule.

Prohibited Behavior

Harassment, discrimination, or attempting to circumvent platform payments will result in account termination. Artists have the right to refuse service.

Platform Rules

Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to use INKR. For clients under 18, parental consent is required and must be documented.

Intellectual Property

Artists retain copyright to their designs. Clients receive rights to wear and photograph their tattoo, but cannot reproduce the design commercially without artist permission.

Dispute Resolution

If issues arise, contact INKR support. We'll mediate fairly. Serious disputes may require binding arbitration. We're here to help both parties find resolution.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm the community. You can delete your account anytime from settings.
